Extended Warranty

We offer customer a 2-year extended warranty on all new instruments with a 2-year Preventive Maintenance Contract purchased in the package.

The warranty includes all possible manufacturing defects eg. Processor board, display, mechanical parts. All consumables and wear and tear parts are excluded.

Our service personnel will provide one PM service per year to ensure the instrument is properly maintained throughout the warranty periods.

Calibration and Certification

Our on site service engineer will perform certification according to manufacturer’s specified testing procedure and equipments used. This is to ensure your instrument meets all the technical specifications and it includes both hardware and electronic evaluation test.

Our calibration tools and equipments are well maintained with yearly scheduled calibration by certified bodies.

A Calibration Test Certificate will be issued with test data details.

Preventive Maintenance

To ensure your Metrohm instruments in good working order with minimal downtime, we highly recommend customer to take up Service Contract.

Our factory trained service engineer will carry out the Preventive Maintenance according to manufacturer’s test instruction. The job scope includes inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and complete diagnostic check. Upon completion, a detailed service report of your instrument performance will be issued.

All contracts include one or two preventive maintenance visits per year.

Repair/Breakdown

On site or in house repair service is provided depending on the nature of breakdown.

Our response via telephone will be within 24 hours and if our engineers are unable to rectify the problem over telephone, the turnaround time to attend to breakdown is within 48 hours working days.
